Brain training for the AI era
A gym for your mind
Handing more and more of your thinking over to AI? Keep your own mind in shape: 15–20 minutes a day of science-based, playful training – and a workshop where you think first.

Convenient – but it comes at a cost
What we routinely outsource, we practise less. Researchers call this cognitive offloading: people who rely on GPS tend to have weaker spatial memory, and knowledge that is always searchable is less likely to stick.
Recent studies link heavy reliance on generative AI with weaker critical thinking. AI is a great tool – but it pays to decide consciously when to use it, and to keep your own mind in training along the way.
What you get
Daily training in 15–20 minutes
Warm-up, a varied main block, the thinking workshop and a cool-down – always targeting where you are weakest.
12 brain regions, 14 games
Working memory, attention, logic, spatial reasoning, language, number sense, creativity, metacognition – with adaptive difficulty that keeps you in a ~83% success zone.
You First
Real problems from your own life: first your solution, then – if needed – the AI's. Compare the two and find out when it's actually worth asking.
Honest measurement
A monthly fixed-difficulty assessment and everyday questionnaires: they show real change, not just your level.
Gamification that doesn't manipulate
Levels, a weekly boss, achievements, streaks – but with an overtraining brake and no endless scrolling.
Your data is yours
Your journal is stored encrypted, there is no third-party tracking inside the app, and you can download all your data at any time.

What we don't promise
- We don't promise an IQ boost: brain training mainly improves the skills you actually practise.
- We don't show a made-up “brain age” – we only compare you with your own past self.
- It is not a medical device; it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
Every game comes with a “Why does it work?” and a “Its limits” section, with sources.
Frequently asked questions
Will it really make me smarter?
Honestly: you will very likely improve at the skills you practise (e.g. working memory, processing speed, attention). Whether that turns into a general boost in intelligence is weakly supported by the evidence. That's why we build in variety, real-world transfer tasks (You First) and an independent monthly assessment.
How much time does it take?
15–20 minutes a day. Spaced practice works better than cramming, so beyond 30 minutes the app gives fewer points – on purpose.
Why “You First”?
Because even an unsuccessful attempt teaches you something: if you think a problem through yourself first, you understand and remember the solution better – even if you ask the AI afterwards.
Does the app use AI?
Inside the app, the AI never answers for you. In the future you'll be able to switch it on optionally as a “judge” or a debate partner – but it is off by default.
What happens to my data?
We only store what the training needs. Your journal entries are stored encrypted, there is no third-party analytics inside the app, and you can download or have all your data deleted at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes: it runs in the browser and can be installed to your home screen as an app. You can even play offline for a short while – your sessions sync later.
